Fair & Transparent Returns

At FinXtract India Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services. We provide a free tier to let you test our extraction accuracy before committing to a purchase. Because of this, we generally follow a strict refund policy, with exceptions suitable for technical errors.

Subscriptions

Recurring subscriptions (Monthly/Yearly) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

No Partial Refunds

We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused regular credits.

Credit Purchases

One-time credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, as they are instantly added to your account available for use.

Exceptions may be made if you have not used any credits from the pack and request a refund within 24 hours of purchase due to accidental transaction.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • System Error: You were charged due to a technical error (e.g., double charge).
  • Service Unavailability: You were unable to use the service for a prolonged period (24+ hours) due to our downtime.

Note: We do not issue refunds for low-quality extractions caused by poor document quality (blurred, handwritten, or damaged files). Please use the free tier to test document compatibility first.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your dashboard under Settings > Billing.

  • Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • You will not be charged for the next month/year.
  • You retain access to premium features until the expiry date.

Processing Time

If a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
